A "next generation" upgrade (currently called M2) to 3DO home video game console will be available for retail sale in the U.S.A with an initial retail price (MSRP) below $225. "Grey market" imported systems not intended for sale in the U.S. do not count. The performance, release date or other specifications of the system have no bearing on this claim. NO coupons pay $1 if the upgrade is cancelled. If 3DO has not released or formally announced a general purpose performance upgrade for existing units by 1 July 1996, this claim shall be judged false.
