Canada as it currently exists will breakup along regional lines by 2020. No more than 3 of its current provinces will remain part of the Dominion of Canada. For the purposes of this claim, its irrelevant whether these regional blocks declare themselves sovereign nations, are incorporated into the United States (or another foreign power), or are trading partners with any regional area that still refers to itself as Canada.
The intent of this claim is that no more than 3 provinces will continue to recognize the Federal Government of Canada to have any legislative/governing power over them.
