On the 40th anniversary of the Cuban "liberation", 1999/1/1, Fidel Castro Ruz will still hold a leading political position in the state. The claim will be judged YES if on the judging date Castro still is Prime Minister of Cuba or holds an office giving him similar political authority. Otherwise the claim will be judged NO, not taking into account why Castro gave up or had to give up his position. If he abandons right on the judging date, both YES and NO coupons pay $0.5 each.
