This is a scaled claim paying 10 for each new country that will have become an official member of the European Union until the end of 2004.
There are currently 13 candidate countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey.
If more than 10 countries are accepted the claim pays 100.
On 1 May 2004, 10 new countries (Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia) became officially member of the European Union.
