A woman will hold the office of Vice President of the United States for at least one day (24-hour contiguous period) before February 3rd, 2009, 23:50 EST.
The office holder will be considered a woman if she is consistently referred to as a woman by the media and the incoming administration at the time she takes office, regardless of her sex at birth. If her sex is ambiguous, or there is no general consensus in the media or the administration as to her sex, the claim will be judged FALSE.
Note that a VP of ambiguous gender will not immediately falsify this claim, since s/he could be replaced by a female VP. Other than this, I plan to judge this claim based on its wording, not its intent.
