The United States Congress will pass, and the President will sign, a law that prohibits descrimination based on a person's genetic code. Any law that makes it illegal to discriminate based on genetic predisposition to diseases and other health effects resulting from a person's genetic makeup satisfies this claim. The bill will be signed into law on, or before, 31 December, 2004.
