This claim will pay $1 if Hillary Rodham Clinton wins the 2004 presidential election and is sworn into office January 2005 as President of the United States of America.
Note: The due date of this claim is a typo. This claim will be judged in January 2005(when the president elect that wins the 2004 election is sworn into office).
In the event that there is a coup, civil war or events which make it confusing who the US president is, as of Jan 2005, I will judge this claim true if Ms. Hillary Rodham Clinton is leading a sovereign government in at least part of the territory of the current Unites States of America that has recognition of at least one of the UN Security Council permanent members(Britain, France,China and Russia).
