Claim OlyTer - Terror attack Athens04 Olympic

The Claim

The claim will pay 1.00 if at least one terrorist attack happens during the Athens 2004 Summer Olympic Games.

For the purpose of this claim, the terrorist attack:
a) has to be acknowledged* as a terrorist attack by the International Olympic Committee;
b) has to result in the death of at least one person - other than the attacker(s) - within 48 hours from the time of the attack;
c) has to happen during the Olympic Games, currently scheduled to be held from August 11 through August 29 (including 12 football matches before the opening ceremony).
d) has to happen in the Olympic Competition Venues, Non-competition Venues, or cultural event venues.

* The acknowledgement can come as late as September 30, 2004.
