This claim will be true, if after Sept. 15, 2001 and before 1/1/2010 There are set least 3 distinct sets of terrorist events that would satisfy the conditions of the claim Terr10. Terrorists events are distinct for purposes of this claim if spaced at least 15 days apart(from the end of one to the start of another). Thus, the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 would have counted as one terrorist event for purposes of this claim.
Intent will override wording.
