At least one of the following regulated electrical utility operating units, at least one of their parent corporations, or at least one successor entity controlling the majority of any one of these utilities' current (as of the time this claim begins trading) assets will enter into a voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy proceeding during 2001: Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas & Electric.
