By the year 2010 cosmetic surgery to alter the "natural" appearance of human beings will become fashionable. This would include (but not be limited to) such alterations as 'fangs' (significantly disproportionate to anything that could be believed to occur naturally in a human being) a la vampires, 'horns', 'tails', etc. For this claim to be judged true, a well-known fashion magazine (ELLE, Vogue, etc.) must publish an article about the phenomenon.
